Applications 

Terbium (Tb) is a rare earth element that belongs to the lanthanide series. It reacts with water and thus need to be stored properly. It is used as dopes in solid state devices, as a crystal stabilizer of fuel cells, as a component of magnet field sensitive materials and used in green phosphors.
